This policy explains how Forsa Job, provided by Ilia Yefimov, handles information. Forsa Job helps you browse employer listings, read relocation guides, and keep your own job-search records.
Information kept on your deviceExisting device profiles, imported CVs, skills, saved jobs, guide bookmarks, relocation checklists, and notes stay on your device unless you separately enter or upload information into the account workspace. Existing device records are not automatically copied into an account. Device backups may include local app data according to your Apple backup settings. Browsing public content does not require an account.
Your account workspaceIf you create an account or use a demo workspace, your name, sign-in email, profile, uploaded CV, saved jobs, application records, notes, and alerts are stored on Forsa Job’s dedicated Railway service. Passwords and recovery codes are stored as hashes. A secure session cookie keeps you signed in for up to 14 days. Account data may be processed outside your country; the current hosting region is the Netherlands. We do not verify email ownership or send verification emails.
You can edit your profile, remove your CV, delete your account, change your password or recovery code, and end other sessions in the app. Account export is available in the web workspace’s Settings. Demo workspaces are eligible for removal after seven days. The workspace catalog, salaries, messages, and performance examples are labelled samples. Easy Apply saves an application record in your private tracker; it does not send your CV to an employer. Employer marks identify their owners and do not imply partnerships. Full account details are available in the account privacy notice.
Jobs and websitesThe app retrieves public employer listings from its jobs service. That service and its hosting provider receive the network information needed to respond, including your IP address. Opening an employer application page or an official source connects directly to that website. Those sites may use cookies and collect information you submit under their own privacy policies. Applications to actual employers take place on the employer’s website; Forsa Job does not submit them for you.
The embedded browser may retain website cookies and session data on your device. Web pages are displayed with a domain and a Done control. Availability of native app features does not depend on accepting tracking.
Optional usage analyticsUsage analytics is off by default. You can enable or disable it in More → Profile → Preferences. When enabled, it sends predefined screen and action codes, session timing, app version, operating-system version, and device class to our analytics service. Events use random session and event identifiers, not a persistent installation identifier. The service receives and stores the upload IP address and may derive its approximate country. For country lookup, the upload IP may be sent to ipwho.is; app content, session IDs, and event details are not sent to that lookup service.
Analytics never includes your CV, profile fields, application notes, search text, passwords, screenshots, recordings, or precise GPS location. This app does not enable motion collection. Turning analytics off stops collection and transmission and deletes unsent events on your device. It does not delete events already received by the service.
Campaign measurement and app linksForsa Job uses AppsFlyer for campaign attribution and app links, and Meta’s Facebook SDK for app activation measurement. The app requests your iOS tracking choice when it first becomes active, then starts AppsFlyer. These services may process app and device information, an installation identifier, IP address, app launches and campaign-link information. If you allow tracking, advertising identifiers may also be used to measure campaigns. AppsFlyer does not receive your CV, job applications, searches, or notes from Forsa Job.
If tracking permission is declined or restricted, the app disables advertising-identifier access for AppsFlyer and does not activate Facebook event collection. AppsFlyer still processes app launches and attribution information without the advertising identifier. When a campaign destination is available, the app may open it after your tracking choice is resolved. The destination receives the AppsFlyer installation identifier, platform and app identifier in its link. A device advertising or vendor identifier is not substituted into that link. The destination and its hosting provider may process network information and cookies under their own policies. You can change your choice in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. The separate usage-analytics switch does not control campaign measurement.

Retention and deletionUnsent analytics events expire within seven days. The app’s analytics registry uses a 30-day event retention period; database cleanup is asynchronous, and infrastructure logs or backups may have separate retention schedules. AppsFlyer, Meta, and websites you open apply their own retention policies. Local data remains until you remove it using the app’s delete-data control or uninstall the app. Uninstalling does not delete an online account; use the account deletion control in Settings. Website data and backups are also subject to the relevant device and website controls.
For questions about retained data or deletion requests, contact belurara05956@gmail.com. Because ordinary analytics does not use an account or a persistent installation ID, we may be unable to locate a particular person’s events from their name or email alone.
Notifications and supportOptional job-match notifications are generated locally when the app refreshes. Notification permission is controlled in iOS Settings. The Feedback page provides our support email. You choose what to write and send using your own email app. Please do not send passwords, identity documents, or your CV. Support correspondence includes the sender address and the content you choose to send; it is used to answer your request.
Security and your choicesThe app uses HTTPS for network services. No network or storage system is completely secure. You can use the core app with usage analytics off and tracking declined. The app is intended for people of working age and is not directed at children.
